The lockdown period as a result of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic provided the opportunity to finally put together one of the key parts of the Inside BTCC website – a definitive list of the race winners going right back to the very first race in 1958.
The list has been collated from various sources – including the website of the late Frank de Jong, the Forix database and TSL Timing – whilst input from David Addison and his extensive back catalogue of race programmes has been an invaluable help.
By following the various links below, you’ll be able to access a wide range of data in relation to wins in the series, which include the overall winners list, a list of winners for every season, a list of wins by circuit and a list of class wins – amongst other things.
As ever with this kind of information, there may be some discrepancies along the way – particularly in terms of the class format through the early years – but all outright race wins have been assigned from the data available and, as such, are believed to be statistically correct.
